Question about upcoming visit with nurse practioner?

I went to the doctor's office last Friday (12/7) to confirm a pregnancy. The urine test FINALLY turned positive after it sat for a couple of minutes. The nurse there went ahead and took my bloodwork for the ob panel. I was then scheduled to meet with the Nurse Practioner this Friday. Any clues as to what to expect? This is my second child but this office has been totally opposite to the office that cared for me during the first pregnancy.
