How do you schedule feeding a baby around the standard 9:00 and 1:00 nap times?

My baby is 3 months old and I am starting to train him to nap during the day. I understand that the standard wake up time is 7:00am and the best nap times are 9:00am and 1:00pm. But right now my baby is eating about every 3 hours during the day, and I can't seem to figure out how to schedule nursing around his naps. Could somebody share some (successful) nap/feeding schedules with me? Also, what is more important...that he naps at those times or that he sticks to nursing every 3 hours?
