Nursing School Expansion Construction

Its been noted that the copper building that rise at Phoenix Fillmore and even the third streets got some multiple personalities according to the ASU officials. This nursing school is not only considered as enhancement for nursing field but as well place to gather several learners for its campus schools gateway. As of now, the Arizona State University or known as ASU is wrapping ahead to the construction of nursing school in order to add up the universityâ??s rapid growing downtown of Phoenix campus. Itâ??s been estimated and budgeted that this school construction will cost for about $39 million. The said nursing school building will be open this coming August of this year. This five story building of 550 N third St is considered as the  2nd Phoenix building for  College of Nursing & Healthcare Innovation. During the time when the downtown campus had already opened last 2006, the educational learning institutes have already moved from the Tempe into its renovated office building at 500N Third St.
However, the 500N Third St. does not have classroom either downtown classrooms that are quite near for its capacity. Even the looming budget cuts wonâ??t be able to resolve the space crunch based on the Arizona State University officials. Even though that the nursing educational learning institutes have plan to cuts the admission through the 26 percent beginning this fail other than the Arizona State University  is being consolidated into its nursing educational learning institutes based on the statement of spokesman of nursing school who is Terry Olbrysh. This new and latest nursing school building sits at its intersection where in several drivers may enter the downtown campus. According to Mark Kranz (lead design architect) of the Smith Group that the community wanted that got its presence. This said architectural firm continually worked on this project.
The Arizona State University nursing school had already about 2,000 enrolled learners. ASU got a total 8,400 enrolled learners in the downtown Phoenix in fall 2008. Roughly about 5,000 of them take at least one class downtown and the rest of its learners take the classes at their campuses or elsewhere.
