what is a better career option a pre-school teacher or a certified nursing assistant?

hi i line in northern ny and i am intersted in 2 careers..please help me choose one. either a pre-school teacher or a certified nursing aid. please tell me the preos and cons of each and what is the pay for either one . please let me know thanks so much .
