I'm interested in becoming an RN but i think I'm getting my leg pulled?

A counselor from an online school told me once I get my associates degree in health care administration I could then get a bachelors of science in nursing. Is that really true ? Don't you have to be an RN before BSN ? Please help before I finish enrollment !!
