Can you get work as a psychiatric nurse with just a BSN? ?

From what I've read online, it seems like an MSN is required to become a psychiatric/mental health nurse. But I'm not interested in being a nurse practitioner. I just want to be an RN working with psychiatric patients. How hard would it be to get hired to work in a psych ward with a BSN?
