As a RN w/ BSN what should I get my masters in to become a college nursing instruc. at any univ. or tech.coll?

I am currenty stay at home mom and am searching for a resonably priced online program to obtain my masters. What should I get my masters in, so that I will be marketable to nursing schools. I relocated due to my husbands job with a infant in tow and am unable to find "the right job" as a RN. (Relocated from Greensboro, NC to LaGrange, Ga) I found that as a college instructor I will be able to teach anywhere and I will be able to find employment since my husbands job may relocate us anywhere. I have a broad range of nursing exp. in diff areas: (7 years as RN, BSN) Med Surg background working in the hospital, publishing a research article, teaching the CNA program at a techn. college, working as a home health case manager. I want to know what available "grants" are available for pursuing a masters online, for example the gov't gives you money for masters program and you serve as instructor in some underprivelaged community. There's 3 factors: Masters in what, with who, and how to pay? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
