Nursing jobs in Saudi Arabia for American females?

My sister who is an RN and works in NY heard that there is a shortage in Saudi Arabia for nurses and that American trained nurses get paid very, very well in Saudi Arabia. Does anyone have any idea how much would an American registered nurse with 1-3 years experience get paid?
