is there a community college nearby hollywood that will help me finish my education in nursing? i have 1 year.

im trying to find good community college that will help me finish my nursing education. i have one year of education in michigan st. clair county community college. is there any way that the college will accept me? i haven't taken any sat or act tests. im looking for a college nearby hollywood because a friend of mine is also moving to california hollywood for acting school and i was going to live with her; so that is why i need a college near hollywood. i can't afford on campus. and is there any way i can get financial aid? i have my high school diploma and one year of college education.
