My Aunt is sight impaired and feels discriminated against by a local college?

My aunt recently re-applied for nursing school and after being accepted, the adminstration officer agreed to call her later about her class schedule. My aunt has called the school, left messeges, and gone back on several occasions. She feels she's been discriminated against because she is legally blind and needs assistance for class and computer software. I hope this has all been a big misunderstanding, but she is very upset and doesn't know what to do next.
