Possible to become RN mostly through online courses?

I have a BS in business and an MS in information systems. I am interested in becoming an RN but I cannot go to school full time and I cannot move. All 3 local schools that offer RN degrees do not do part time programs. Ideally I could find a program where everything except the clinicals is online and then the clinicals can be worked out with a local hospital. I live in central Illinois. Is something like this possible, if so, what schools offer this? I am finding a bunch of courses for RN to BSN online but nothing about getting the RN online.
