RN to BSN University of Phoenix?

If I became a RN at a traditional campus, then took a RN to BSN course online at University of Phoenix would I be allowed to be a head nurse or work in surgery.

HAS ANYBODY TOOK THE RN TO BSN ONLINE AT UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX?
