I'm becoming a senior and I AM FREAKING OUT because I think I just ruined my future!?

I'm becoming a senior and junior grades just came in and im freakin' out!!! I think I may have ruined my future. Have I? I am really worried. I messed up most of my highschool years! I took all the classes I failed already, passed with an A and I did Alg 2 over the summer to get into Precal junior year. This is my transcript. Can I still be a nurse or a software engineer? These past years idk why but I haven't been applying myself and I know I can do better but is it too late for me to get into a good college? is going to a community college then transferring to a UC possible? My GPA was a 3.0 before 2nd semester of junior year was over.
