Is there any website or agency I can go to get a loan or grant giving money for living expenses, school, etc?

I currently live in Tampa, FL but will possibly be moving to Ohio. I would prefer to get a loan or grant and go to school full time but if i do that it would be hard to have a decent job... so I need a loan for living expenses, school, car and health insurance and to help with my future child. I want to get a job, but nursing program frowns upon it...where can I go for a financial boost?
