RN, nurse practitioner or PA? which ones the best?

I'm starting college in the fall and and starting to decide what i want to do with my future. i know i want to do soemthing in the health care field and so im considering RN,nurse practitioner, or PA. whats the difference in schooling/job description/salary etc. and what should i major in?
