I am from Viet Nam, I was known that Philippines is good in training nurses and exports nurses to US?

Therefore I would like to do a nursing course in Philippines, but I wonder what is the best school in training nurses with an international standard in Philippines. Is there any NCLEX exam centre in Philippines? thanks for all answers.
