Can I go to Nursing school or medical school if I majored in biology in college and have a degree in biology?

I am stuck between being a nurse and pediatrician .
If i major in biology instead of premed or nursing in college like a state school,
Can I still get accepted into a MASS nursing school with the degree in biology or would i have to major in nursing.
