What is the application process for getting into the nursing program at Northern Kentucky Univ.?

I've never applied for college and I'm 23 and a little nervous. What do you have to go through to get into a nursing program. I've been out of High School for 5 years but want to go to nursing school but I'm afraid they won't accept me. Is it also possible to take some basic refresher courses to get me caught up on things I might have forgotten since high school?
