What do I do with my nursing career? I am in my 50`s and I need good benefits.?

I prefer spending quality time with my patients. I want my patient and family to feel cared for with all physical,emotional,educational needs met.Patients always ask to have me back as their nurse. Please offer any ideas for employment that is satisfying and not too stressful.
