What are the reasons for choosing Nursing as a career?

I'm currently doing a research for my subject regarding the reasons why most of Filipinos today choose Nursing as a career and what are the effects of it to all the senior high school students who are going to college. Hope you could help me. I really need your opinion. Thanks in advance!
