Interview for acceptance to a nursing program?

I have an interview for the nursing program at St. Petersburg College. All I was told was to bring my transcripts what else should I prepared to talk about? Any suggestions? Any tips to do well? There are over 400 hundred applicants and there are only 36 spots left!
