Does anyone know about nursing jobs that pay off student loans?

I am graduating from a 2 yr nursing program and have no student loans. I just got a job at the VA and will probably need a loan for the spring semester. Does anyone know if your job will pay off any student loan debt will it effect your bonus if you get one? And if they pay off student loan debt is it only a one time thing, just when hired, after this year want to continue my education and get my BSN and know that I will need student loans!! THANKS
