Do you have to be good at math to be an RN nurse?

Im horrible at it but i really want to be a nurse. Also do you have to be good at understanding the human body?

Also, what is it called when ur in a hospital and you help feed, bathe, make the patient comfortable, and stuff like that when they are sick called?
I hate math and learning about the human body ..........grrr >:(
