What are the best nursing schools in Canada?

I am looking for a nursing program that focus more on practical nursing as oppose to a more research oriented dynamic.
Also, schools with January admission will too be helpful, but I am open to hear about any thing.
Last but not least, does anyone know if there's a forum for nurses to discuss their concerns with their jobs/education/workplace etc?
