Does anyone have info on nursing jobs or nice neighborhoods in the Austin or Round Rock area?

I'll be graduating as an RN soon in San Antonio and am thinking of moving up to the Austin area. I'm not sure how the job market is for new grad nurses or which hospitals are good. Any info about jobs or even recommendations on neighborhoods to live in would be great. Thanks!
