What are some benefits or being a RN Nurse?

I hear there are amazing benefits, like free health insurance and great vacation and some hospitals offer cars to drive and huge a huge sign on bonus as well as private hospitals will even pay up to 80% of your children's college tuition if they go to a private University. I have been to a few Nursing seminars and the recruiters just say "There are amazing benefits". What benefits have you had?
