I've recently been accepted to a nursing school here in San Antonio. My concern is the financial part.?

I've never attended school. I'm 27 and concerned if I will qualify for enough student loans.I've also recently received a certain amount of money from the sale of property. My concern is will having this money allow me to get student loans. I've put most of the money in an account.Any suggestions would be great.
