Which science class is more helpful for preparation in Nursing major?

If I want to be an RN, what class would be more helpful in preparation for college-- AP Biology or Advanced Topics in Biology (this class deals with forensic biology, anatomy, and physiology)?

Details and reasons why are appreciated!
Btw, I'm a junior in high school.
