I just graduated with my BSN and I haven't been able to find a job. I can't move from San Diego until a year from now. How can I find a new graduate nursing position? I daily look up hospitals. I've applied to all that are taking applicants, but every time I do there are so many applicants and not enough openings that I can't even get an interview. I don't know where else to look? There are just no jobs if you don't have at least a year of experience. Help please!
