If I majored in Nursing what other jobs could I move on to, with more education?

I believe that I am some what intelligent, I am a recent high school graduate and I am unsure what to major in. Over my high school years I have took college level classes that are, Pre-Calculus,Calculus,College Algebra, and Fine Arts and received "A's" in all; I was also top 10 in my class.
