Does anyone have and info on Preferred Nursing College in the San Fernando Valley?

I am curious about Preferred College of Nursing in the San Fernando for the LVN program, particularly the part-time one. Does anyone know if this is a good, quality program? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
