Do I have to wait a year to get into the cslub nursing program if i transfer from a community college?

I heard that i won't have to wait the year long wait top get into the nursing program if i transfer from a community college? Also, when i do transfer is there any other GEDs i would have to finish if i already completed all the GEDs in my community college?
