I have a bachelor's degree already in child development but want to do a career change & become a nurse. I live in Texas. I was thinking of getting my BSN or MSN but all the programs I looked at say you have to have your RN first! So how do I get my RN then?? What program do I need?? Thanks for your help!!! I want to do as much as I can online!!! Since I am working full time.
