Can you ban someone for just caring and observing to see if they receive the best of care in a nursing home?

I was banned from seeing the father of my son who has been a large part of my life for 26 yrs. Banned by the Professional Guardian court appointed a few months ago. My ex sustained severe brain injury to due to a fall from over consumption of alcohol that day. I was always by his side being his eyes, ears, and foot work. Really like his advocate, no one else stepped up to the plate to assist me for almost a year. The guardian takes over has him relocated. Our son and I were there for the transport stayed with him notice he was not fed or changed the whole entire day. The Depends he had on was dry all day into the evening. I emailed the guardian and she then decided to ban me from seeing Mike, my ex. Can this happen I have no money to hire an attorney, I am on SSD. I thought you can only be banned if you harm, abuse and interfere in the care of the patient. I believe the guardian is playing on my ignorance. It is hurting me not to see him and it has been 5 mo. since the ban was placed
Cantcu?
I just tried to email you back on your response and it did not go through. I just want to let you know you are correct I did submit a simuliar ? a little while ago but I did not ask it correctly because the replies did not fit the question. I only recieved #4 replies and the only one that came close was the 4th reply. I am not fabricating any thing here this is real and I am going through this. But I can appriciate where you are coming from since you do not know me. Thank for your reply and I will take what you shared into consideration.
I would also like to thank you for your support in the armed forces and being there and protecting our Freedom!
My ex-husband, Marine served two tours in Vietnam, infact he really never came home. If you understand what I mean.
Bless you .........Kalliope from Florida
