Looking at how other hospitals are scheduling nurses 'on-call'?

Would like to know how other hospitals use On-call for nurses. How are they paid (time and a half ? double time? Must minimum time (40 hr) be worked before premium time kicks in? Extra pay for weekends? Hourly rate? Flat rate? Paid only for hours called back in?
