Should I take a loan out for nursing school( $20k/yr) Or fall 1yr behind for a free ed?

I started school in 2004. Recieved an Asociates in Arts. Transfered to 4yr. university. The nursing program starts Aug. 2008. A private nursing school begins Aug 2007 but cost k per yr.
