RN to BSN Online Courses?

I have been thinking recently about going back to school and getting my BSN. Does anyone know of a good...yet not insanely expensive...online course? Also...the DON at my work told me to wait til I was older and worked as a nurse longer...i'm 26 and have been an RN since I was 23 and was a CNA/CMA before that. Would it be a good idea to wait and work as an RN longer?
